Now 'RBSK' will provide free treatment to mentally disabled children

Bareilly: If your child is born mentally disabled or has a bad organ, you need not panic. This information was given by Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. KS Gupta in a workshop held on Saturday at the CMS office in the district hospital.

Action will be taken on apathy
RBSK is a major program. Therefore, according to the guide line, the doctors who will be entrusted with the responsibility of treating children, will have to work with positive attitude. On the complaint of the patient's family, the doctor may have to face major action.
Children up to 19 years will get benefit
Under RBSK, only beneficiaries from birth to 19 years will be able to take benefits. After survey of schools and Anganwadi centers on behalf of the department, children suffering from these diseases will be identified and called to the district hospital for treatment.
