Hiring: Mobile Developer (Android / Flutter)

VDAI BioSec is expanding! As an IIT Kanpur-incubated firm working at the intersection of AI/ML, e-governance, and biosecurity, we are looking for a mobile developer who is passionate about building high-impact, secure applications.

The Role:

Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Experience: 0–3 Years (Open to high-potential freshers with strong project portfolios)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3.6 LPA (Final offer based on interview and technical expertise)

Focus: Android & Flutter Development with API Integration

Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable mobile applications using Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or Flutter (Dart).
Integrate complex REST APIs and handle real-time data flow for AI-driven features.
Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless app-to-server communication.
Optimize app performance focusing on smooth UI interactions, memory management, and responsiveness.
Maintain clean, reusable code and follow industry-standard version control workflows.

Required Skills:

0–3 years of experience in Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or Flutter (Dart)
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle management
Experience with RESTful API integration and JSON handling
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Solid grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of iOS (Swift) is a plus
Experience with Firebase (Push Notifications, Authentication, Firestore)
Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store
Familiarity with performance profiling and debugging tools
Understanding of Material Design principles
