Hiring: Marketing Specialist – Public Sector
VDAI BioSec is expanding! As an IIT Kanpur-incubated firm working at the intersection of AI/ML, e-governance, and biosecurity, we are looking for a marketing professional who is passionate about driving public sector engagement and building strategic institutional partnerships.
The Role:
Location: Lucknow (On-site)
Experience: 3+ Years (Public sector experience is mandatory)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: Competitive (Based on expertise)
Focus: Public Sector Engagement, Government Relations & Strategic Partnerships
Responsibilities:
- Position AI and biosecurity solutions for state departments, PSUs, and local authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key administrative decision-makers and system integrators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling project proposals and deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue public sector opportunities by understanding institutional priorities and procurement requirements.
- Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements across government ecosystems.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience marketing software, hardware, or technology solutions to public sector entities
- Strong understanding of institutional procurement and administrative workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in formal Hindi and English
- Experience preparing official documentation, proposals, and presentations
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with e-governance initiatives and digital transformation projects
- Experience with tender and RFP processes
- Existing network within government departments, PSUs, or administrative institutions
- Understanding of GovTech, AI, or public-sector technology ecosystems
- Experience coordinating with technical and implementation teams
